3. Audio Quality & Production (20%) — We sample the same title across platforms to compare narration quality and encoding bitrate.
4. App Experience (20%) — Download speeds, offline availability, sleep timer, variable speed, and cross-device sync.
5. Discovery & Recommendations (10%) — How well the platform helps you find your next book.
